Hi, I’m Jasslie Salinas, founder of Balance Ledger Services.
My journey into bookkeeping started in auditing - but it wasn’t until I stepped into the construction world that I found my passion. I worked for an HVAC subcontractor handling multi-family projects, where I learned firsthand how much goes into estimating jobs, managing bids, building schedule of values, tracking inventory & labor, filing lien waivers and all of the other moving items that are continuously changing to keeping projects running on time and budget.
It was clear: contractors have a lot on their plates. Between project coordination, inventory, payroll, and vendor payments - keeping clean books often takes a back seat. That’s exactly where I come in.
I launched Balance Ledger Services to give tradespeople and service businesses peace of mind around their finances. After working in industries such as equipment rental, staffing and for one of the largest developers in the nation, I’ve seen the financial operations of high-performing businesses - and I know how to break it all down into clear, actionable insights.
